These cards I received in a Swap using the American Heart Association Fundraiser set called A
Light Heart. The rules of this swap were to use no sticky stuff. This means we were not allowed
to use any adhesive at all. The reason for this was to remind us to eat things that are good for
us and not the things that stick to out arteries and clog us up causing heart disease. Although
this set is no longer available, use these ideas with your favorite set!!
